Thomas N. Carruthers, III, a Principal Owner
with Property Managers, Inc., also serves as President of Carruthers Real
Estate Company. Tom has an extensive background in commercial and
residential real estate which began in 1986. He formed Carruthers Real
Estate Company in 2001 and, in partnership with Charles Robinson, acquired
Property Managers in 2007. Tom began his real estate career with Porter,
White & Company where he worked for 16 years. Tom received his MBA in 1986
from the University of Virginia’s Darden School. Between college and
graduate school, Tom worked in the engineering department for Southern
Natural Gas Company. Tom received a degree in civil engineering from
Princeton University in 1982. Tom and his wife Brooke have two daughters,
Scout and Neely. |

Charles L. Robinson, Jr.,
a Principal Owner with Property Managers, Inc. and Carruthers Real
Estate Company, has a diverse background. He graduated from the
University of the South in 1993 with a B.S. in Natural Resources. He
then served in the Peace Corps for over two years in Niger, West
Africa working in woodless construction. Charles then earned a Master
of Forestry degree from Duke University in 1998. After practicing
forest management for several years as a Registered Forester with
Forest Resource Consultants, he joined Altec Industries, Inc. where he
quadrupled the Federal Government business as a National Account
Manager. In pursuit of his dream of being a business owner, he
partnered with Tom Carruthers in 2007 and acquired Property Managers,
Inc. where he is the managing partner. Charles is married and has two
children. |

Charles E. Binion, Jr., CPM, is the son of
Charles E. Binion, one of the founders of Property Managers, Inc. in 1934.
Currently the Broker, he was President of Property Managers, Inc. for many
years until its sale in January, 2007. A graduate of the University of
Alabama in Industrial Engineering, he served in the U. S. Army in Korea.
Upon return he studied business and finance at U of A. After ten years
experience and becoming a Vice President of Guaranty Savings and Loan
Association, he joined Property Managers in 1969 for a career in property
management. He is past president of the Birmingham Association of
Realtors, the Alabama Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management,
and the Montevallo Rotary Club. He and his wife Laurie have four daughters
and eight grandchildren living in the Birmingham area. |

Barry Trammell,
RPA
Vice President of Property Managers, is responsible for the day to day
operations of the company. He joined Property Managers, Inc.
in January, 2007. Barry came to the company with
over twelve years of experience in facilities and property management with
both Jones Lang LaSalle and Graham & Company. Barry excels in tenant
relations and and tenant retention, and he is responsible for obtaining
the lowest prices and best contracts for our clients. Barry has also
earned his Real Property Administer (RPA) designation from the Building
Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Barry and his wife Jennifer have four children and reside in
Indian Springs, AL. |

John B. Bagwell,
Senior Property Manager,
has devoted a career of over 35 years to real estate management. He
was educated at the University of Georgia, and served in the United
States Army. John has worked for both local and national management
firms, and has managed thousands of apartment units in the Southeast.
He has been president of apartment associations in Birmingham, AL and
Charlotte, NC, and has held local and national positions with the
Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He joined Property
Managers in 2000. John and Mary Bagwell have two children and live in
Hoover, AL.

Joe
Ayers, a Property Manager with Property Managers has a diverse
background and graduated from the University of Mississippi in 1988
with a degree in Business Marketing. Joe also played basketball for
the University from 1984-88. Joe also volunteers his time as the
Jr. Varsity basketball coach for John Carroll High School. Joe and his
wife have four children and reside in Center Point. |

Aleshia
Witherspoon, Property Manager, currently serves as the on-site
property manager for WaterMark Place Outlet Center, a 184,000 square
foot outlet mall in Birmingham, Alabama. Aleshia has many years of
experience managing commercial and residential real estate. Aleshia
received her education from Jacksonville State University. Prior to
her career in real estate, Alechia served as Regional Management
Trainer with Regis Corporation, facilitating classes and training in
the United States, Ireland and Jerusalem. She and her husband Walter
are members of Sixth Avenue Baptist Church and reside in Birmingham. |

Stacy Cooke,
Controller/Bookkeeper, joined Property Managers, Inc. in January, 2008
with three years of property management experience and over fifteen
years working in the accounting field. Stacy proudly attended Auburn
University where she studied Public Relations. She later went on to
study Accounting at Samford University. She and her husband Brian have
two wonderful children and live in Odenville, AL. |
